For the first time, we bring our full curation to the Punta Luna Surf Lodge, located inside the Illescas National Park in northern Peru. A remote, preserved, and absolutely unique location where the desert meets the Pacific Ocean in an almost untouched setting.

There’s no mass tourism here — only silence, steady wind, perfect waves, raw nature, and a rare feeling of exclusivity.

DESTINATION: ILLESCAS NATIONAL PARK – PERU

Illescas is one of the most protected natural areas in Peru. A true ecological sanctuary with dramatic cliffs, wild beaches, abundant marine life, and an energy that’s hard to explain but easy to feel.

The kitesurfing conditions are exceptional:

• Consistent and well-aligned winds
• Clean, well-shaped waves
• Plenty of space in and out of the water
• Zero external interference
• Crowd-free sessions
• The kind of place where natural progression just happens

The average water temperature during the experience is 20⁰C | 68⁰F. We recommend a 3.2mm wetsuit.

Average wind speed ranges from 17 to 25 knots, and wave heights vary from 1 to 2 meters.

This time of year offers the perfect combination of wind speed and wave size — great for surfing, SUP, and foiling in the morning and kiting in the afternoon. A full playground for water sports lovers!

Beyond tricks, the focus is on building confidence, reading conditions, and fluidity on the water.
