Taíba is one of the most complete and versatile kitesurf destinations in Brazil. A place where constant wind, consistent ocean waves, and flat-water lagoons coexist in perfect harmony, allowing real progression for different riding levels.
The Taíba Kite Camp was carefully designed to be a learning and transition base, welcoming everyone from complete beginners in kitesurfing to those looking to take their first steps into kitewave with safety, technique, and confidence.
TAÍBA - CEARÁ - BRAZIL
Taíba Beach is located 75 km from Fortaleza and about 40 km from Cumbuco Beach. A picturesque town with easy access and full of pleasant surprises.
The region has developed significantly with the arrival of European immigrants and today hosts a colony of French descendants, offering a unique culinary scene.
Taibinha Beach is famous for surfing. Its right-hand waves have a unique formation due to the rocky bottom, which also favors kitewave practice, as the wind blows side-on to the wave. The spot is considered one of the best wave locations in northeastern Brazil.
The main attraction is the Taíba Lagoon, known for having stronger and more consistent winds than other lagoons in the region. The lagoon is vast, offering space for all levels and multiple disciplines, from freeride to strapless freestyle. It perfectly suits beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders. In some areas, the lagoon has enough depth for foil and wing foil practice.
There, you can have your first contact with kitesurfing and also find professional athletes putting on impressive performances in the lagoon.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Taíba Kite Camp is a week designed to build a solid foundation, respecting the pace and level of each guest.
During this week, we work on:
- Introduction to kitesurfing for complete beginners
- Technical progression for beginners and intermediates
- Gradual introduction to ocean conditions
- First contact with kitewave
- Sessions in the lagoon and in the ocean, according to conditions
Everything happens progressively, safely, and with close supervision.

Our base will be an oceanfront mansion, located in one of the best areas of Taibinha.
